Text Box: Evidence, Documentation and Storage Text Box: Evidence handling and storage is an important aspect of claims today. Evidence must be properly handled, documented, preserved and stored. All parties, even potential parties that may not become apparent but may surface years later, must be given the opportunity to make their interests known in this property or agree to the destruction of the property / evidence. This prevents the loss of evidence for additional lawsuits involving parties who were not initially involved, but may still have experienced a loss, such as an adjoining unit in a condominium. This is one example of how the experience our members share helps to prevent issues from arising. Our experience has shown us how to best protect your interests. Proper documentation and securing of evidence is imperative in today’s litigious environment.
